■ Shipping information
· Free shipping over $1000.00.
· Extra shipping cost will be charged depending on the regions when ordering under $1000.00.
· It takes about 15~20 days after payment is completed (excluding holidays and weekends)
· Delivery time may vary depending on the region.
■ Return/Refund information
· Exchange and refund are available within 14-15 days from the date of product receipt.
(However, the product you have already used is not eligible for exchange or refund.
· If it is an exchange or a refund as a result of change of your mind, then round trip shipping cost including the first
shipping cost shall be due to customer.
· Refund will be deposited to customer’s bank account within 7 days after the product is returned to the seller.
· For the credit card cancellation, card approval will be cancelled within one week after the seller receives the products back.
